Brief Biography:

Born in Canada and raised in Canberra, Australia.

Moved to the United States at 13, became a Citizen in 1989.

Graduated SFSU with a degree in International Marketing.

Worked as a Financial Analyst in Behemoth Insurance Conglomerate, but didn't fit in with the Corporate/Cubicle world.

Worked for Wolfgang Puck as a Financial Analyst and then did a one year internship in his kitchen at Postrio.

Licensed by the DRE  in 1995 and started buying fixers and fixing them, living in them for two years (ask me about Tax savings).

Parlayed that experience into advising Clients about Real Estate Investments.

Applied for REO Listing Agent status with one of the big banks in 2007.

Began getting REO assignments in September 2007 and have since handled evictions, trash outs, cash for keys, Sherrifs evictions, Contractor upgrades (carpet and paint, minor repairs) then Listing, Marketing and Closing the properties.  

Moved to North Dakota in 2012 to realize my life-long dream of living on thr Prairies.
