This fantastic home in Utah was leased back to the developer as a model home for 4 years and now has a Tenant with a 2 year lease. Buy &Hold is my philosphy, even in these scary Real Estate times.
Check out this Shower - it used to be a 32 inch square shower next to a tub that never got used. Now it feels like being in Italy everytime the homeowner takes a shower!
